An initiative by the Francesco Morelli Foundation, the project brought together eight incarcerated women ( Milano Bollate Correctional Facility) who, under the guidance of IED faculty members, designed a collection of handbags. The collection was made possible through the collaboration of Ethicarei and Fondazione Severino, with production support from Cooperativa Alice.

Ilaria and her collective Oxymoro were responsible for the video production, documenting the entire experience and working closely with the newly formed designers and their mentors. 

Deeply human in its nature, the project immediately resonated with the collective’s values and sensibility, inspiring Oxymoro to contribute with enthusiasm and commitment.
